Framework originally implemented under written agreement dated December 1, 2025.

Governance & Documentation
Reference materials related to the original architecture are retained for documentation, archival continuity, and lifecycle tracking purposes.
Program logs are maintained in accordance with documented chain-of-custody standards and federal-aligned record retention practices.
Licensing and reconciliation processes are governed by written agreement.
IP & Lifecycle Management
Proprietary frameworks, including the Shepherd stack and associated ESG logic, are maintained under authorship and ownership of the Principal Architect, pursuant to written agreement.
Use, licensing, and lifecycle status are administered pursuant to written agreements and established governance procedures.
